Shengli
Offshore Drilling Company (SODC) is a drilling contractor
engaged in working in shallow and extreme shallow
waters, with a fleet of eight offshore drilling units,
including three swamp barges and five jack-ups. All
rigs are certified by CCS. Othe operation water depth varies
from 2.5 meters to 40 meters. SODC was founded in
1978. In the passed two decades, it has been playing
a very important role in the oil and gas exploration
and exploitation in Bohai Bay of China, not only in
Shengli, but also in Dagang, Jidong and Liaohe area. |

Quality, Safety and Environment
Protection are always the key factors considered by SODC in its
operations. ISO9002 and HSE managing system have been adopted,
API standard has been followed, and all relative regulations
have been strictly observed. There was no material accident or
pollution
accident taking
