Till the end of 2005, there are 1848 people in Shengli
Offshore Drilling, 7 of which have degrees higher than
university, 201 people have university degrees, 256
people have college degrees and 347 people have
technical school degrees, all these three levels is
about 44.4 percent of total number. 53 people have
senior professional titles, 216 people have middle
professional titles, and 211 people have junior
professional titles.
SODC takes a
lot of efforts to personnel development; there is a
complete training system which gives the employees a
periodic training to improve their qualities. Now all of
SODC’s eight drilling rigs possess “The Great wall
Drilling Team” or “The First Grade of Drilling Team”
awarded by CNPC, and won a good reputation during the
previous operation with both domestic and foreign
clients.
