Shengli Offshore Drilling
Company (SODC) is a Drilling Contractor working
in shallow and extreme shallow waters. SODC owns eight
drilling rigs, three of which are swap barges, and
other five are jack-ups. The othe operation water depth
for these rigs varies
from 2.5 meters to 40 meters, with drilling capacity
up to 9000 meters. SODC was founded in 1978. It has
more than 20 years offsh-
ore drilling experience in Bohai Bay, China. And from
1997, SODC has worked for some western oil companies successfully, such as Kerr McGee, Apache, Agip and EDC. The company can provide drilling services both in Dayrate basis and Turnkey basis.
