The
mud engineering service company has 28 crews, who
have at least five years experience working in Bohai
Bay in the two kinds of mud systems: 1) Polymer Seawater
Drilling Fluid, 2) Polymer Anti-sloughing Drilling
Fluid. They have provided mud engineering service
in Shengli, Dagang and Liahe area on more than 300
wells, 200 of which are directional wells. Some of
the wells have multi targets and multi sections with
high inclination and large horizontal displacement.

1. Polymer Seawater Drilling Fluid This system is
applicable to wells shallow than 2000 meters. It can
efficiently control the hydration of clay above the
Guantao formation, so as to avoid bit balling and
swabbing during trips. With the sound characteristics
of shearing and dilution, this mud system has good
capability in floating and carrying of drilling cuttings,
which is beneficial to high pressure jet drilling
to increase drilling speed. Main additives: K-PHP,
PAC141, SR-1, XC, LV-CMC, SD-2 and HLX |

2. Polymer Anti-sloughing Drilling Fluid This system
is applicable to wells deeper than 2000 meters. This
system has the ability of hydration inhibition, at
the same time it can efficiently plug the micro cracks
of shale to prevent sloughing and well bore enlargement.
Main additives: K-PHP, PAC141, SR-1, XC, SMP, SPNH,
MHP, SD-2, RH-202, HLX. |
